Redwave has developed a new fine-sorting machine for non-ferrous metals in the 4–25 mm size range, known as the XRF Fine. With this newly developed machine, featuring several innovative solutions, it is possible to further increase efficiency and purity levels in metal sorting. This enables increased revenue through purer fractions as well as higher capacity and efficiency

If you need a more substantial solution than just one machine, the proces in a plant could look like this:

Separation and sorting of metals provide economic benefits, higher plant capacity, and high quality/purity in the final fractions. Redwave has developed several machines capable of sorting metals as well as the associated impurities. You can read more about the sorting machines here: 2i, CX/CXF, XRF-M, ROX-C/ROX-NIR/ROX-NIR/C, (ROX-CC) og (ROX-XRF-S)
